Return Policy
We have been handcrafting mattresses for over a century and stand by our products, which is why US Truck Mattress comes with a generous 120-night trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after trying our mattress for a minimum of 90 days, you may simply call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and we will begin processing your mattress return.
You can request an RMA number from the 90th day to the 120th day. We ask that you take the full 90 days to get used to your new mattress.
NOTE: We don’t accept RMA requests until after a full 90-day trial, nor do we accept exchanges for another mattress. We do not accept returns if the mattress is stained, ripped, or otherwise damaged nor do we accept a return that has passed our 120-day sleep trial expiration date.
Our return policy ensures that US Truck Mattress delivers a high-quality mattress that will fit your specific needs and help you get a better night’s rest. The customer is responsible for ordering the correct size, model, and thickness of a mattress.
Measure your bed frame or platform and make sure you order the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Sleep Experts and we will help you pick out the correct size mattress.
