Your mattress is shipped compressed, so all you need to do is unwrap it. It practically sets itself up.
Do the mattresses feel hot?
No. Our bed components are formulated to remain cool and comfortable throughout their entire lifespan.

How long will it take to get my new mattress?
Your new mattress will be produced and shipped in two to three business days. It will then be shipped to you via Fed/Ex or UPS. Shipping will take anywhere from two to six business days depending on your location in the USA. You should receive your mattress within five to nine business days after your order date.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We can ship anywhere in the United States.
How is the product shipped?
Via UPS or Fed/Ex ground, whichever is faster.
What sizes do you make?
We are the factory, so we can almost make any size. Standard sizes are available on our web site. If you don’t see the size you need, contact us for a custom size quote.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Each quality level has its own specific warranty period. Whatever the warranty period is, each mattress is guaranteed free of material defects and workmanship errors for a specific period of time. Please note: all mattresses do wear out due to use and this is not covered by the warranty.

What if I don't like your product?
Remember, a new bed will support you better than your old bed, so it’s normal to experience some small aches and pains as your body adjusts to getting proper support. We require you give your body a minimum of 90 days to adjust to your new mattress.
We offer a 120 day customer comfort satisfaction guarantee.
• Try/sleep on the mattress for 120 days.
• If after 120 days you are not satisfied contact us and get a return authorization number.
• Ship the mattress back to our factory in good condition.
• We will refund the purchase price of the mattress.
(Please note: nothing will happen if you do not have a return authorization)
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of placement. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us by phone (800 468 6096) or by e-mail within 24 hours of your order placement. This is the best chance we have to react to your changes and stop or modify your order before manufacturing and shipment of your mattress. If you change your mind after the mattress is shipped and refuse acceptance upon delivery you will be responsible for all round trip shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery of a custom-sized mattress, you will be responsible for all round trip shipping charges and a 100% restocking fee.
What if I refuse delivery of my mattress?

What if my mattress is damaged during shipment?
Note the damage by writing what is wrong on the Bill Of Lading/ Delivery Document presented to you at time of delivery. At your discretion you may refuse delivery by noting product damaged on the paperwork.
Note: YOU MUST WRITE PRODUCT DAMAGED, NOT JUST REFUSED on the delivery paperwork. Call us immediately at 800 468 6096 or send us an e-mail and let us know what has happened so we may correct the situation and get you your mattress.
Will the mattress fit my truck's Sleeper or Bunk?
Yes, Our selection of sizes has been carefully selected to fit Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, Freightliner, Mack, International, Western Star, Autocar, Marmon, Oshkosh, Sterling, White and any special size that you require.
